A peace loving man, who never did anyone any harm.
Always giving high regards to my cooking skills
Remembering the meals from years ago
Best Pies: "Umm that sure was good Coconut Cream Pie, Peach Pie, Lemon Pie"
No matter what kind of pies they were Charlie enjoyed them ALL.
I would make homemade Ice Cream for him.
Charlie: "What kind of Ice Cream are you going to make"
B: "Vanilla"
Charlie: "Oh boy my favorite kind"
After eating a couple of bowls.
Charlie:"That sure was good Ice Cream"
I would cut corn from the cob and make Cream Style Corn for Charlie. Since he wasn't able to eat it off the cob.
"Boy, that sure is good Corn"

I did this for a man who was so much like me. Shy and reserved, an observer of all his surroundings.
We shared a love for his Goats Casper and Poppy. We gathered pears to feed the girls.
He loved to kid me about strange things that happened to me.

He was one of a kind and I will always be grateful that I was able to share a part of my life with him.
